The EE87C196MC is based on MCS@96 16-bit microcontroller architecture and manufactured with Intel's CHMOS process. This microcontroller features a three-phase waveform generator specifically designed for inverter motor control applications, enabling pulse width modulation and three-phase sine wave generation with minimal CPU intervention.
